The NPUC Young Adult Leadership Team, comprised of Young Adults and Young Adult Directors, is excited about the annual Northwest Young Adult Outreach Summit! It is a dynamic two-day event designed to inspire, engage, and empower young adults for missional adventures. The Summit includes the highly anticipated Spark Tank experience, where teams can pitch their innovative ministry ideas and receive up to $10,000 to bring ministry ideas to life.

2026 Event Highlights

  • Spark Tank Experience: Have a ministry idea? Enter your proposal for a chance to receive up to $10,000 to fund your ministry initiative. Each conference will have two teams representing their field.
  • Engaging Worship and Word: Join us for a time of worship and inspirational messages designed to ignite your passion for mission and outreach.
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with other young adults and leaders from across the region. Build relationships, share ideas and collaborate on projects that make a difference.

Friday, September 11, 2026

  • 7:00 PM: Doors Open
  • 7:30 PM: Worship & Word

Sabbath, September 12, 2026

  • 9:30 AM: Doors Open
  • 10:00 AM: Worship & Word
  • 12:15 PM: Lunch (provided for those who register)
  • 2:00 PM: Spark Tank 2026
  • 4:00 PM: Break
  • 5:30 PM: Dinner (provided for those who register)
  • 6:45 PM: Awards Vespers

2026 Meals & Accommodation Details

  • Lunch and Supper on Sabbath, September 12 will be provided for all who are registered at NO COST. Free breakfast is provided for those staying at the hotel.
  • Spark Tank Team Members:  There will be a limited number of hotel rooms available, AT NO COST, for Spark Tank team members. These free rooms are on a first registered basis. The rooms will have double queen configuration, so maximum of 4 people can be invited if the group leader chooses to do so. To qualify for a free room, the room must have a minimum of 2 people, and must meet the following criteria:
    • Friday Night – you must live 45+ miles away from Northwest Summit Ministries SDA Church.
    • Saturday Night – you must live 200+ miles away from Northwest Summit Ministries SDA Church.

2026 Registration Details

  • Outreach Summit Registration Deadline – Space is Limited!
    • March 9 – August 23 – Registration open for Spark Tank team members only
    • August 23 – September 7 – Open registration for all young adults
  • Spark Tank Application Deadline – August 23, 2026. This deadline is only for those submitting an application for Spark Tank funds. See Spark Tank Guidelines and Spark Tank Application below. Complete and submit Spark Tank application to the NPUC (velvet.lang@nw.npuc.org) AND cc: your Conference YA Director at the following email address”
